Shipping cost depends on the shipping method you select at checkout and the country you are in. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout prior to the completion of your order.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Usually CITY-LINK Express will deliver your order within 1-2 working days. However, sometimes, there are circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, as a precaution, we kindly ask you to expect around 3-4 working days for your order to be delivered from the time of dispatch.

Please note that shipping may be delayed during holidays or peak periods and additional fees will be charged for rescheduling missed deliveries.
When Will My Order Be Processed
Once we receive your order with full payment before 11am on a working day (Tuesday ~ Friday), your order starts being processed the same day. Afterward, we take 1 day to allows us to confirm your payment and stock availability, and also quality check (Q.C) and properly pack, so you receive your order in the best possible condition. Once we have successfully processed your order, your items will be dispatched immediately!
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays will be processed the following working day. That means if you order on a Saturday, expect your order to be processed on the next Tuesday.
* Note: Processing time delays are to be expected during peak periods like National Day, Labour Day, Christmas, and other Public Holidays.
